Boarded Hall Green is an eco-friendly gated Condominium Community, near the new Boarded Hall roundabout from the developers of St. Lawrence Beach Condos and Clermont Green Townhouses.

The community consists of 55 units arranged in clusters that are situated along two avenues (Benjamin & Reja) with a communal pool area, club house and communal laundry to the west. To the north there is an open green area available for use.

BHG provides modern, architect-designed living for its occupants, and comprises studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and two bedroom town house apartments.

The neighborhood overlooks the St.George Valley and offers a countryside feel despite being centrally located with easy access to Bridgetown, the South Coast and ABC Highway.

Its features include – numerous large trees, shrubs, plants and grassed areas, all irrigated from our on-site waste water treatment plant, energy-saving street lights, recyclable garbage disposal and solar heated water in each unit.

There is also a communal pool with a gazebo, wet bar, toilet facilities and entertaining area, and an on-site property management office.

Security is provided via automatic gates with coded entry and managed CCTV with a rapid response team.

The community is fully serviced by fiberoptic, cable TV and Hi-speed internet access from a leading provider.

Pets of a limited size are allowed subject to approval.

Property Management Team

Day to day management of the community is provided by an experienced property management team from UtiliCheck headed by Mr. Roger Downes, who has a wealth of building and facilities management experience in residential and tourism settings.

Community Administration

PUP 174

The Boarded Hall Green community is managed by Proprietors Unit Plan 174 (PUP 174) which consists of an elected Board of Directors drawn from the unit owners.

Elections are held yearly at our annual general committee. All paid up owners are eligible to vote both in the election of directors and matters pertaining to the running of the community such as the annual budget. upcoming projects and major expenditure and the setting of fees.
